Wyatt Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 35, page 221, ROHC, and part of lot 2, Division of a Part of the J. P. Rains Estate, as shown by plat of record in plat book 9, page 21, ROHC; being the properties described in deed book 3872, page 387, ROHC, tracts 2, 4, and 5 in deed book 2237, page 926, ROHC, and part of tract 1 in deed book 2237, page 926, ROHC, being all of said tract 1 except a tract of land fronting 257 feet on the northeast line of Zeigler Road, and extending northeast 492 feet between parallel lines.
