                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 7515 AND
                   7517 ZEIGLER ROAD, BEING ON THE NORTHEAST LINE
                   OF ZEIGLER ROAD SOUTHEAST OF NORTH JOINER ROAD,
                   FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL TO R-T/Z RESIDENTIAL
                   TOWNHOUSE/ZERO LOT LINE ZONE, SUBJECT TO
                   CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
                Lots 1-5 and part of lot 6, Annette J. Wyatt
                Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat
                book 35, page 221, ROHC, and part of lot 2,
                Division of a Part of the J. P. Rains Estate, as
                shown by plat of record in plat book 9, page 21,
                ROHC; being the properties described in deed book
                3872, page 387, ROHC, tracts 2, 4, and 5 in deed
                book 2237, page 926, ROHC, and part of tract 1 in
                deed book 2237, page 926, ROHC, being all of said
                tract 1 except a tract of land fronting 257 feet on
                the northeast line of Zeigler Road, and extending
                northeast 492 feet between parallel lines.  Tax Map
                No. 159H-B-2 (part), 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 and
                3.1.
               
               
         from R-1 Residential to R-T/Z Residential Townhouse/Zero Lot 
Line
         Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning 

         shall be subject to the following conditions:
        
              1.   Maximum of 5.9 units per acre.
        
              2.   All existing easements are retained.
        
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
